I did volunteer in one of the children home in Ruiru called young life Africa children home and their I got an up close encounter with former street children telling their stories that sent chills down the spine.
Think of this twelve years old kid, having been to jail and have used drugs more than any other adult! He has been mod just and you can see some of the scars of their pain.
Did they really deserve this? humanly, yes they did because of their actions;stealing.
BUT why did they do it?
Because situation forced them! This us a boy who has slept hungry for days,in the cold veranda yet he/she is expected to live and behave normal. That won't happen if we push them to that corner of being ready to do anything just to eat or drink.
I have a role. You have a role.
In your heart I know you feel their pain. Put that feeling into action and help every street kid unconditionally. If you are Christian , Christ has loved you unconditional, so you too have an obligation to love others the same.
It won't be easy, but it is worthy saving this child to appreciate why he/she was born. GIVE HIM/HER

GOD WHO IS WATCHING IN SECRET SHALL SURELY BLESS YOU.
